username or password invalid, but works in Webadvisor / myFLCC

Answer

First try to login here: https://ezproxy.flcc.edu

If that fails...
Use a desktop PC or laptop to go to https://my.flcc.edu and click on Forgot/Obtain your FLCC user name or password
and change your password.  Then try again in the databases with your new password.

If you have already tried this, and your information is "expired", you will need to submit a ticket to the IT helpdesk@flcc.edu  to solve a network syncing problem. 

IT issues a temporary password. Not changing it will affect all other same sign-on accounts: computer accounts, WiFi access, email, Blackboard / Brightspace, and remote library access.
