Username or password invalid, but works in MyFLCC/Microsoft
Answer
If your FLCC credentials (MyFLCC) are working for everything else except the databases:
- Try logging in to log into Primo with them. The login is in the top, right corner.
- If you can get in, try searching for an article and accessing the databases through here.
If the steps above do not work:
- Reset your Microsoft/MyFLCC password (even though it’s working for everything else except the library).
If none of the steps above work, please let us know so we can investigate further.
