Username or password invalid, but works in MyFLCC/Microsoft


Answer

If your FLCC credentials (MyFLCC) are working for everything else except the databases:

  • Try logging in to log into Primo with them. The login is in the top, right corner.
  • If you can get in, try searching for an article and accessing the databases through here.

If the steps above do not work:

  • Reset your Microsoft/MyFLCC password (even though it’s working for everything else except the library).
